Rising singer/songwriter performs on Mackinac Island

MACKINAC ISLAND, MICHIGAN, August 20, 2008 – Michigan singer/songwriter Angela Predhomme will be performing solo at Mission Point Resort, nightly from 8/28 – 8/30, Thurs. through Saturday of Labor Day weekend.

Admission is free for performances at Mission Point’s on-site restaurants:
- Thurs., 8/28, 8pm-12am at the Round Island Grille
- Fri. and Sat., 8/29 & 8/30, 6pm-10pm at Bistro on the Greens
Performances will feature original and cover songs.

• Predhomme’s debut full-length cd is being released this fall with distribution on iTunes, CD Baby, and Rhapsody.
• Recently sold her song, “Everything is Alright,” to Telepictures, a division of Warner Brothers in CA, for television or film placement.
• Winner of national contest with Noteborn Music in Ann Arbor. Two of Angela’s original songs will be professionally recorded, promoted and marketed to the music industry.
• Angela’s music is featured on the compilation benefit cd from Songwriters Anonymous, a group of Michigan songwriters. This cd will be for sale at the performances.

Predhomme is a native resident of Michigan and currently lives in Livingston County, MI, near Brighton. She has performed at Mission Point in 2006 and 2007, and is known locally for her vocal delivery and melodic songwriting.
